Dr. Jesse Van Griensven is a professor at the University of Waterloo, Canada, often referred to as "MIT North." His research is in fields such as numerical simulation, quantum computing, and artificial intelligence (AI). His research includes blending quantum computing with machine learning, targeting diverse applications including advanced cybersecurity solutions.
As the Chairman of TAURIA Inc., Prof. Van Griensven is pioneering AI technologies and cutting-edge post-quantum proof encryption hardware, positioning his work at the intersection of academia and industry innovation.
José R. Rosas-Bustos
Chief Science Officer
An innovative leader in Decentralized Technologies, Quantum Computing (QC), and Cybersecurity, with over two decades in IT, he specializes in National Security and Defense while holding significant IT and Quantum Computing Intellectual Property, including patents and industrial secrets.
Currently doing Ph.D. research in Post-Quantum Cryptography and QC at the University of Waterloo, Canada, he is actively contributing to projects such as QRNG Networks, Decentralized Quantum Networks (DQN), and Quantum Adaptive Multifrequency Defense Systems (QAMDS).

Bryan Matthews has over 25 years of experience in providing business development, government relations, procurement, contracting, and program management for federal agencies.
With a strong track record in fostering relationships with government stakeholders, Bryan ensures that QED’s solutions align with national security, defense, and cybersecurity needs. His strategic leadership has been pivotal in expanding QEDs presence and trust within the federal government sector.

Yale Fishman is the Vice-Chairman of the Prosperity Fund, which invests in Private Equity and Venture Capital. The Prosperity Fund focuses on cutting-edge technologies such as quantum computing, AI, Climate Initiatives, and Health Care.
Fishman has over 30 years of experience leading and advising funds, institutions, & high-net-worth investors on tax-advantaged investment structures and sophisticated estate & income tax vehicles. CEOs and Fortune 500 executives from the nation’s most prestigious firms seek his expertise in structuring their business tax strategies, and he has counseled clients on Billion dollars transactions.
Ariel Fishman
Managing Director
Ariel Fishman, a Georgetown University MBA Merit Scholar, excelled in various competitions, including winning the Startup Factory and Wildcard Entrepreneurship Challenges. With a background in Columbia University's Leadership in Law and degrees from NIRC and the University of the State of NY, Fishman specializes in digital assets, fintech, and cryptocurrency, among other sectors.
He co-founded the Kindness Initiative, is part of the National Ethics Association, and has been featured in several publications. Fishman also represented the USA in the RoboCup Robotics Competition in Europe.
Anthony J. Tata
Senior Advisor for Defense and National Security
Brigadier General Anthony J. Tata (Ret.) has held significant roles, including Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, executing the National Defense Strategy globally. His military career spans leadership in notable divisions and operations across multiple countries.
As North Carolina's Transportation Secretary, he oversaw extensive infrastructure. Tata offers geopolitical insights to major corporations and serves on several boards and advisory panels. A West Point and Harvard alum, he holds master’s degrees in operational planning and international relations.
